Kumani Constructions Private Limited is located over in Vijayapur, which some people still call Bijapur. We are at Mig64 on Bagalkot Road in the Jalanagar area. It’s a straightforward location to find. The office is part of the Mig housing layout. We don't have a big fancy office building. It’s just a ground-floor space where we keep our tools and our records. Jalanagar is a decent neighborhood. Most people here are just going about their day. We spend a lot of time on Bagalkot Road because it’s the main way to get around this part of town. Our team is small. We have a few guys who handle the building and a couple of us who stay in the office to handle the paperwork. It’s not a high-tech operation. We still use paper notebooks for a lot of things. Kumani Constructions Private Limited has been a part of this community for a while. We don't go around making big claims. We just take on the projects that come our way and try to finish them. The 586101 area is where we live and work. Some days it gets pretty hot out here, so we take a long break in the afternoon. It’s just the way we do things in Vijayapur. We keep things simple and try to stay busy without too much fuss.
