Innovedge Housing Llp is located in Vijayapura, also known as Bijapur. You can find us on the 3rd floor at Sy No. 33E, inside the Siddharth Reality India building. We are right opposite the Reliance Trends store on Ling Temple Road. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the busy street below. The office is a hub for our housing projects across the area. It is often filled with the sound of people talking over the noise of the traffic from Ling Temple Road. We handle everything from the initial planning stages to the final handovers of the houses we build. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams and suppliers. Vijayapura is a place with a lot of history, but it’s also modernizing, and we are right in the middle of that. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just a group of people who know how to build houses and manage the paperwork that comes with it. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, or the power goes out, but we just keep working. We prefer to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. There are no fancy speeches here. We just sit down with a cup of tea and look at the numbers and the plans. It’s a tough business, but we have been at it for a while now and know how to handle the ups and downs.
