Manohar Estate

Working out of Manohar Estate on Ashram Road is always interesting because of how much goes on outside. We have rooms 202 and 203, so there is a bit of space to move between when things get crowded. Ashram Road is one of those places that never really stops, so there is a constant hum of engines and people talking. Sometimes we just sit there and watch the traffic while waiting for a client to show up. It isn't a very fancy place, but it serves us well for the estate work we do every day. The office has been here for a while, and we are used to the way the light hits the desks in the afternoon. Most people come in looking for a bit of help with land or buildings, and we just talk through what’s available over a cup of tea. It’s mostly about keeping track of who is selling and who is buying around this part of town. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you're not used to it, but once you're inside, it's quiet enough to get some work done. We keep our files organized as best as we can, though papers always seem to pile up on the corners of the tables. It’s just a normal office where we handle local estate matters without much fuss.
