At B R Odeyar Pharma, we are situated right near the Nagareshwaraswamy Temple, which is a very familiar spot for anyone living around here. We are also quite close to Nani Hospital, so there is always a lot of foot traffic and people moving about the area. The sounds from the temple are a constant part of our day, and it actually makes the workplace feel a bit more connected to the community. Our shop is filled with various pharmaceutical supplies, and we spend a lot of our time making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a bit of a challenge sometimes because the space isn't huge, but we’ve learned how to use every inch of the walls for storage. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest place; we just want to keep the shop running smoothly for the people who rely on us. Most of the work is just checking stock, updating the ledger, and talking to the distributors when they come by with their vans. The heat can be a bit much in the middle of the day, so we usually take turns taking a break when things slow down. It’s a very local feel here, and we know many of the faces that pass by our door every day. We just keep things simple and focus on the tasks at hand without making a big fuss about anything.
