Lion Industries

Lion Industries is based at Plot No. 68 in Ranasan Gidc. It’s an interesting spot because we share the same plot number as some other places in different areas, but here in Ranasan, everyone knows where we are. We do a lot of heavy lifting and assembly work here. It’s the kind of place where there is always a wrench or a hammer lying around somewhere. We have a solid crew of people who have been with us for a while, and we all just know our roles. It’s not a place for someone who is afraid of a bit of grease. The roof is high, which helps with the heat, but when the monsoon hits, it gets really loud on the metal sheets. We spend most of our time out on the floor, rather than sitting behind a desk. There is a lot of movement, with parts coming in and finished pieces going out. We don’t do a lot of talking during the shifts because the machines are going, but we catch up during the breaks. It’s a basic industrial setup, and we don’t spend money on fancy signs or lighting. We just keep the gates open during the day and close them up tight at night. Every morning the same tea vendor comes by, and we all take a few minutes before the first truck arrives. It’s a routine that works for us.
