Jvm Minechem

We have been operating out of the Ranasan GIDC for a while now, specifically at the spot from 290 to 295. It’s a busy area in Village Ranasan, Vijapur, mostly filled with other units doing similar industrial work. At Jvm Minechem, we mostly deal with minerals and the processing side of things. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, as anyone who has worked in minerals will tell you. There is always a bit of dust around the site and the machines can be quite loud when everything is running at full capacity during the morning shift. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a handful of us making sure the bags are filled correctly and the trucks can get in and out of the yard without getting stuck. Most days start pretty early because that is when it is coolest outside. If you come by the GIDC, you will see our sheds easily enough. We keep things pretty simple here. We don’t have fancy meeting rooms or coffee machines like you might find in the city offices. Just a desk, some chairs, and the logs for the daily production. We try to keep our head down and just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine needs a quick fix, and we just handle it as it comes. It is a practical way to run things and it works for us.
