Ghanshyam Agrigenetics Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 20 in the Ranasan Gidc. We’ve been operating out of this location for a while now. The work we do is all about seeds and agriculture, so the place often smells like earth and dried plants. It’s a basic industrial plot with enough room for our processing and storage. We don't have a big staff, so everyone knows each other well and we all help out with the heavy lifting. Ranasan is a bit away from the main city rush, which we like because it’s easier to move our goods in and out. The day-to-day routine involves a lot of sorting and checking the quality of the seeds. We have some basic equipment for testing, but a lot of it is just done by eye and experience. We don't have a polished office with air conditioning everywhere. It’s more of a working warehouse where the focus is on the product itself. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it’s too damp for the seeds, but we just manage it as it comes. We aren't a big corporate name with a mission statement. We are just a group of people at Plot 20 who understand how to handle agrigenetics. It’s honest, steady work that keeps us busy throughout the year. Most of our visitors are just local farmers or suppliers.
