Sun Plastic Industries

The machines here at Sun Plastic Industries are running most of the time. We are situated out in 48, Gidc., Kukarwada, which is part of Ta. Vijapur in Dist. Mehsana. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks coming and going around our spot. Working with plastic means we deal with a lot of heat and molds every day. It can get pretty warm in the factory during the summer months. We started this because there was a need for these parts locally. Every morning starts with checking the inventory and making sure the raw materials are ready. We don't spend much time sitting around in an office. Most of the work happens right on the factory floor. It’s a practical kind of job. We take the orders as they come and try to stay on top of the schedule. Mehsana has a lot of businesses like ours, but we just focus on what’s in front of us. Some days are smoother than others, especially when the power is steady. We’ve gotten used to the noise of the grinders and the smell of the plastic pellets. It’s not the quietest place to spend a day, but it’s our workplace. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the locals know us by name. It’s just honest work making things that people use in their own businesses or homes. We just keep the machines oiled and running.
