Our little office for Shivanand Harsh Vihar Private Limited is located in Hasnabad, Vidisha, specifically at Ward No. 29 in Banti Nagar. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood has seen a lot of changes. We are mostly involved in local development projects, which means we spend a lot of time out in the sun looking at dirt and bricks. Vidisha is a place with a lot of history, and we try to do our work in a way that fits in. Our team is small, just a few of us who handle everything from the initial land clearing to the final handovers. We don’t have a big HR department or a PR team. If there’s a problem on a site, one of us just drives over there and tries to fix it. It is a very hands-on way of doing business. Some days are stressful when costs go up or a supplier lets us down, but we just take it one day at a time. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just builders and developers trying to make a living and provide some decent spaces for people to live in. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and half-drunk cups of tea, but that’s because we are actually working. We prefer it that way.
