Sanchi Education Foundation

We are located in Raisen, specifically at Ward No. 10 near the Ramleela Gate. The office is actually care of Hakim Uddin, and it’s a place that most locals are familiar with. Being near such a well-known gate makes it easy for folks to stop by. Raisen is a place with a lot of history, and we feel like we are part of that. Our foundation focuses on education, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about schools and students in the area. The office itself is quite plain. We have a few old wooden tables, some chairs, and shelves full of books and registers. It’s not a high-tech environment. We still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way because it works for us and the people we serve. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get to the office, or the heat makes everyone a bit sleepy in the afternoon. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. We just try to help kids get what they need for their schooling. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up over time. We aren't a big city foundation with lots of money. We’re just a local group doing what we can with what we have. It’s honest, steady work and we’re glad to be here. The walls are thin, so we hear everything on the street, but it keeps us connected.
