Sai Jcb Spare Parts is located at Durga Chowk in the Talaya area of Vidisha. We are right near a place called Hari Om Tilako, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. Our shop is full of metal parts, gears, and heavy components for JCB machines. It isn't a clean or quiet place. There is usually a bit of oil on the floor and the smell of metal in the air. We spend our time looking through catalogs or climbing up shelves to find specific parts that customers need. Durga Chowk is a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of activity outside. People from all over District Vidisha come here when their machinery breaks down. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. The shop is a bit cluttered because we try to keep as many spare parts in stock as possible. Sometimes we have to move three things just to get to the one someone wants to buy. It is a bit of a workout. We don't bother with fancy displays. If someone needs a part, they just ask, and we go find it. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We stay open pretty late most days because you never know when a machine might fail on a job site and someone needs a part urgently.
