Hemlata Traders

Our place, Hemlata Traders, is located right on the Pawargar Road in Govindpur. If you are coming from the Vidisha Road or heading toward the Guna Bypass, you have probably passed us a few times. It is a busy stretch of road and the traffic can get pretty heavy with all the trucks moving through. We have been working out of this spot for quite some time now. The building is simple and we keep most of our stock piled up where it is easy to get to. Most of the folks who stop by are locals from around Vidisha or people working on small sites nearby. It gets a bit dusty during the summer months and the noise from the bypass never really stops, but you get used to it after a while. We spend a lot of our day just checking the inventory and talking to the drivers who drop off the supplies. It is not a very complicated business, just a lot of manual work and making sure we have enough of what people are asking for. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit of a mess, but we just throw down some gravel and keep going. We don't have a big office or a reception area, just a desk and a few chairs where we sit and figure out the orders. It is a plain way of working, but it suits us and the people who live in this part of town.
