DOZERWALA is located in Rajput Colony, right near the Ramleela Ground. It’s a good spot for us because there’s plenty of space around for the heavy equipment we deal with. If you’re familiar with the area, you know that the ground gets very busy during festival times, but the rest of the year it’s a bit quieter. We spend our days maintaining the dozers and making sure they’re ready to head out to whatever site needs them. There’s always a bit of grease on the floor and the sound of heavy engines idling in the yard. We aren’t the type of people who wear suits to work. Usually, it’s just jeans and work shirts that have seen a lot of wear and tear. Our office is a small room with a heavy desk and some old calendars on the wall. We don't have a long list of values or a fancy mission statement posted anywhere. We just know that when a machine is needed, it has to be in good working order. People in Rajput Colony know where to find us if they need earth-moving work done. We’ve lived here a long time, so we’re neighbors with most of the folks around the ground. It’s a straightforward business with no frills. We focus on the machines and the mechanics of the job. It’s loud, it’s heavy, and it’s what we do every day without making a big deal about it. We just keep the dozers moving.
