You can find us over at Ward No 1 in Ganjbasoda, right near the railway station. Being so close to the tracks means we hear the trains going by all day, which you kind of get used to after a week or two. Our yard is usually filled with stacks of bricks, piles of sand, and other stuff people need to build their homes around District Vidisha. It’s a lot of physical work, moving things around and making sure we have enough stock for whoever might stop by. We aren't big on fancy titles or polished offices; we mostly just sit at the desk or stand out in the yard talking to the drivers. It gets quite dusty when the wind picks up, but that is part of selling building materials. We see a lot of local guys coming in with their tractors or small trucks to pick up supplies for a wall they’re building or a floor they’re fixing. We try to keep things simple and just give people what they're looking for without a lot of fuss. Ganjbasoda is a busy place, and being in Ward No 1 keeps us right in the middle of things. We usually open up early before it gets too hot and stay until the last delivery is sorted. It’s just us doing our thing day in and day out, making sure the local builders have what they need to get their jobs finished.
