Nikhil Textile

You can find us at 16/162 Santhinagar in Desaipet, which is right near Chirala. Nikhil Textile is our business, and it’s basically just a place filled with rolls of cloth and the smell of fabric. We’ve been here in Santhinagar for a while now. It’s a working-class area and we fit right in. We don't have a fancy showroom with mannequins and bright lights. It’s more like a warehouse where we keep everything we’ve got. We deal with textiles every day, moving them around and getting orders ready. It’s physical work and it can be tiring, but it’s what we know. People from around Chirala come to us when they need materials, and we do our best to find what they're looking for in our stacks. We don't use a lot of flowery language to describe what we do. It’s just selling cloth. Sometimes the dust from the fabric gets everywhere, but that’s just part of being in the textile business. We’re just a small group of people working together to keep the business running. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to do a decent job and stay busy. If you’re ever in the Desaipet area, you’ll probably see us working away at 16/162. It’s nothing fancy, just Nikhil Textile. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. It works for us and we've been doing it like this for years.
