Sharp Cnc

Our shop is out at Plot No 64 in the Shivam Industrial Park-A. It’s a bit of a drive out to Chhapara here in Rajkot, but it’s where all the industrial action is. We set up Sharp Cnc to handle the metal work people around Gujarat kept asking for. The machines take up most of the space on the floor, so it’s a bit cramped, but it works for us. A lot of time is spent watching the drills and making sure things are cut right. It gets hot in the summer, really hot, but the machines don't mind as much as we do. Most of the guys here have been working with lathes and CNC routers for years. We aren't big on meetings or long talks; we just get the specs and start the job. Rajkot is a busy place for manufacturing, and being in this industrial park means we're surrounded by people doing similar things. Sometimes we swap tools with the neighbors if someone runs out of something. It’s a straightforward setup. We keep the floor as clean as you can in a machine shop, which isn't saying much. Usually, the day ends with a bit of tea and checking the schedule for tomorrow. We’ve been at this for a bit now and the routine suits us just fine.
