Runway Tours Travels

Down at F/12 Vinayak Plaza, behind the Bansidhar Complex, is where you’ll find our small office for Runway Tours Travels. It isn't a huge place, just a few desks and some old maps on the walls. Most of our time is spent on the phone or checking flight schedules on the computer. It gets quite noisy in the plaza, especially in the afternoons when the shops are full. We handle a lot of different things, from booking a simple bus ticket to figuring out how someone can get across the country on a budget. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure names are spelled right on tickets. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit, which is just how it goes sometimes. We’ve been in this building for a while and the regulars know where to find us. We don't really do big advertising; people just walk in because they saw our sign or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a bit cramped when more than three customers show up at once, but we make do with the space we have. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we sort out itineraries. It’s just a regular travel shop doing what it can to get people where they need to go.
