We are located down Shantidham Road in the Shapar area, specifically at S.R. No. 166, Plot No. 7 and 8. Radiant Technocast Pvt. Ltd. is right in the heart of the Taluka - Kotada Sangani industrial belt. It’s a place where things are being made all the time. Our shop floor is always busy with the casting process, and it can get quite warm near the equipment. We have a lot of space here with the two plots, which is good because we have a lot of materials to store. Most of the staff has been with us for a long time, so we all know how the machines sound when they’re running right. We don't spend money on fancy signage or decorations. The office is just a place for us to sit down and handle the orders and the payroll. Shapar is a dusty place, and our windows usually show it, no matter how much we clean them. We focus on the daily production schedule and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here; we just talk to each other directly to solve problems as they come up. We drink our tea together in the break area and talk about the news or our families. It’s just a regular casting business where the work is honest and the days are long but productive.
