Elite Shipyard Pvt. Ltd. is situated in Shop No. 5-6 of the Dev Appartment in Krishna Nagar. It’s a bit unusual to have a shipyard company in an apartment building, but this is where we handle all our administrative work and planning. We don’t have the actual ships here, obviously, but this is the heart of where the decisions get made. The office is pretty basic, with a couple of desks, some filing cabinets, and some blueprints rolled up in the corner. We’ve combined two shop spaces to give us enough room to breathe. Krishna Nagar is a decent area, mostly residential with these small shops at the bottom of the buildings. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights or anything like that. Most people who come to see us already know who we are and what we do. It’s a quiet office compared to a real dockyard, which is nice because it lets us focus on the technical drawings and the contracts. Sometimes the neighbors come by to ask what we’re working on, and we just tell them we’re keeping things moving in the maritime world. We don’t try to sound like a giant multinational company because we aren't one. We’re just a group of people working hard from a small shop to make sure everything at the yard runs like it should.
