Glare Home Products Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot 1/A on the 8-B National Highway in Gondal. Being right on the highway means we get a lot of dust and noise from the trucks passing by all day and night. The survey number for our land is 188/P. It is a big open space where we manufacture various things for people’s houses. We have a large shed where most of the work happens and a small office off to the side. Gondal is a good place to be because of the transport links, even if the highway is a bit chaotic. We have a few people working the machines and a couple of us handling the orders. It’s a very practical environment—concrete floors, metal roofs, and lots of tools lying around. We don't have any air conditioning in the main area, so we rely on the breeze coming through the big doors. Sometimes it gets pretty hot in the afternoons. We aren't a corporate giant; we are just a group of people making home products. We keep our records in big ledgers and try to stay on top of the production schedule. Most days we are just focused on getting the products packed and ready for the next truck to pick them up. It’s a simple, hardworking life out here by the road. We usually wrap up before the sun goes down completely.
