Our site is located on the Junagadh-Veraval Road, out in the Junagarh district. It’s a long stretch of road and you see a lot of trucks moving goods back and forth between the two towns. The facility is quite large, so you can’t really miss it once you’re on that road. It gets pretty dusty out here, especially when the wind picks up across the open fields. We have a lot of people working here in different shifts. It’s a 24-hour operation for the most part, so there is always someone at the gate or in the main building. The commute for some of our staff is quite a distance, so we have buses that bring people in from the nearby villages. It’s a significant part of the local landscape. Inside, it’s a lot of steel and concrete. We have our offices near the front, but the real work happens in the back where the production units are. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t have much in the way of decorations or fancy lobbies. It’s all about the daily output and making sure the machinery is running right. The sun can be really hot in this part of Gujarat, so we’re thankful for the shaded areas and the water coolers. We’ve been a part of this district for a long time, and many people from the surrounding area work here with us every day.
