Wellore Eye Hospital

Wellore Eye Hospital is down at 10 19Th Cross in Phase 2 of Sathuvachari. We are located right in that Sathuvacharin area where there are a lot of houses and small shops. The hospital focuses on eyes, so we have the charts on the walls and those machines that click when you look through them. It is a simple building on the 19th cross street. We’ve been here in Phase 2 for a while, and the neighbors know us. The daily routine involves testing vision and helping people pick out frames if they need glasses. It isn’t a very loud place because eye work requires some concentration. We have a waiting area with some basic benches and a front counter where we keep the patient files. The street outside can get a bit dusty sometimes, but we keep the inside clean and organized. People come in from all over Sathuvachari because the 19th cross is easy to get to from the main road. We spend a lot of time cleaning lenses and adjusting the equipment. It’s a practical space without any fancy decorations or extra stuff. We just focus on the eyes and make sure the lighting in the exam rooms is right. Most of the staff has been here long enough to know the regular patients by name. It is just a local eye hospital doing what needs to be done for the community and keeping things running smoothly as best as we can.
