Turbo Energy Ltd.

Our facility is located out in Pulivalam Village, which is near Banavaram in the Vellore District. Being out in the village means we have a lot of space, but it also means a long commute for some of us. We work on energy-related parts and components that go into industrial machines. The plant is a large building with a lot of heavy metal equipment and a very high ceiling. It can get incredibly hot during the summer months in Tamil Nadu, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done early in the morning. We have a set routine for checking the machines and making sure everything is running okay. It isn't a fancy corporate headquarters; it’s a manufacturing site where people wear work boots and get their hands greasy. We have a small canteen where we eat our lunch and talk about the news. Sometimes the supply of materials gets delayed on the road, which throws off our schedule, but we manage. Most of the people working here are from the surrounding areas, so it feels like a local community within the village. We focus on the daily output and making sure the parts meet the requirements. It’s a quiet life out here away from the big cities, and we just keep the machines turning to get the job done every day without making a big fuss about it.
