Srs Medicals

Our shop, Srs Medicals, is right on 60/49 Nallanpattarai Big Street in Kosapet. It’s a narrow street and things can get pretty crowded with the scooters and people walking by all day. Inside, we have shelves that go all the way up to the ceiling, filled with boxes of medicine and various health supplies that people ask for. It’s not a large space, so we have to be careful about how we stack things so nothing falls over. We’ve been here in Kosapet for some time, and we know most of the people who live nearby. They stop in for their regular stuff, and we spend a good chunk of the day just looking through the inventory to find exactly what’s on their list. The light inside isn't the brightest, and the fan hums in the corner, but it's a comfortable enough spot. Sometimes the delivery guys come in with big crates and we have to shuffle things around to make room. It gets a bit chaotic during the evening rush when everyone is heading home and remembers they need something. We don't do anything fancy here, just hand out the items and write out the bills by hand most of the time. It’s just a local medical shop where the floor is a bit worn from all the foot traffic, and the smell of antiseptic is always lingering in the air. We just keep at it, day after day, helping whoever walks through the door.
