The road out front stays fairly busy with people heading toward Chittoor. We’ve got a straightforward operation here. It’s an oil mill, so it’s more about the work than the appearance of the building. We don’t have any glossy signs or a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us working near the machines. We like being in Gudiyatham. It’s a place where people know each other. We don't spend any time on branding or stuff like that. We just make sure the oil is processed right. The building is a bit older, and we’ve added bits to it as we needed more space. It’s a bit of a patchwork, but it works perfectly for us. We have a small crew. Most of us have been doing this for years. We don't have long meetings or big plans. We just check what needs to be done each morning and get started.
