We are located over on Pandiyan Street-2 in TVK Nagar, right here in Pernambut. If you know the area near Gudiyatham, you know it’s a busy part of Vellore. Our place, SP Clothes Processing Services Private Limited, is usually humming with activity from early morning. We deal with a lot of fabric here. There’s always the scent of steam and whatever soaps or products we are using for the processing at that moment. It’s not a quiet job. The machines are loud and they take up a lot of space in the building. We spend most of the day on our feet, moving piles of clothes from one station to the next. The floors are usually a bit damp, and the air is thick with humidity from the boilers. It’s hard work, but we’ve been doing it for a long time. People around here know us for being reliable with their orders. We don’t have a big corporate office or a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll find one of us elbow-deep in a vat or checking the drying racks. We talk to the drivers who drop off the raw materials and the ones who pick up the finished stuff. Most of our day is spent just managing the workflow and making sure the finishes come out right. It’s just us doing what we know how to do in this little corner of Tamil Nadu. We keep the machines running and the work moving forward every day.
