You’ll find Networth Systems up on the 3rd floor of the Jayalakshmi Complex. It’s on Katpadi Road, which is usually buzzing with traffic. Being on the 3rd floor means we have to climb a lot of stairs, which keeps us moving. The office is mostly just a workspace with a few computers and some testing equipment. We don't have any big signs or flashy displays. It’s a quiet place where we can focus on the systems we are working on. Katpadi Road is a central part of the area, so everything we need is close by. We’ve been in this complex for a good while. It’s an older building, so it has its quirks, like the occasional flickering light or a creaky door. We don't mind. It’s where we do our best thinking. Our team is small and we’ve known each other for years. We just handle the technical stuff that comes our way. There is no corporate ladder here, just a few people trying to solve problems. Sometimes we stay late when a project gets complicated. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just want to make sure the work is done right. Most of our visitors are people we’ve worked with for a long time. It’s a steady, simple way of doing things, and that suits us just fine.
