Mass Access Technologies

Our place is at No: 3, 5th Street in Nehrujinagar. This is in the Staurtpet area of Arakkonam, zip code 631001. Mass Access Technologies is a small tech business run by a few of us who grew up around here. We don't have a big glass office or a fancy sign. It’s just a ground-floor space where we keep all our tools, spare parts, and computers. The room is often a bit of a mess with cables and open machines, but we know where everything is. Arakkonam is a quiet town, so we don't have the same rush as the big cities like Chennai. We handle a variety of tech jobs, like fixing people’s computers or helping a local shop set up their network. Most of our customers are people we know from the neighborhood. We don't use a lot of complicated words when we talk to people. If something isn't working, we just take it apart and try to find the problem. It’s honest, hands-on work. Sometimes we spend the whole day at the workbench, and other times we’re out visiting a customer’s site. We’ve been on 5th Street for a while now and everyone knows we’re the ones to call for tech issues. It’s a simple life and we enjoy the work we do. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation; we’re just happy being the local tech guys in Nehrujinagar.
