The waiting area is just a few benches under a porch, and people often sit there talking to each other while they wait their turn. It’s a very grounded place. We don't have computers everywhere; we still use a lot of notebooks to record what we’re doing. The street outside is narrow, so it’s mostly foot traffic and the occasional cyclist passing by. We’ve been here at the start of North Agraharam Street for a long time, and the building itself is quite old with thick walls that keep it cool inside. We don't go for anything flashy or modern. It’s just about the herbs, the traditional methods, and helping people feel better using the stuff that’s worked for generations. It’s a quiet life here, focused on the basics of Siddha practice every single day.
