Lupin Ltd.

Lupin Ltd. is situated at 198-202 in the New Ind. Area II over in Mandideep. This is out in the Raisen district, so it is quite a drive from the main city. Since it is an industrial area, the surroundings are mostly other factories and big warehouses. It’s a massive facility compared to a small shop, and we have a lot of people coming and going for different shifts. The heat in Mandideep can be pretty intense, especially in the middle of the day when the sun is beating down on the rooftops. Inside, there is always the sound of machinery and the movement of goods being prepared. We don't really have a walk-in counter because the work here is on a much larger scale. It’s all about the production lines and making sure everything is running according to the daily schedule. The roads in this part of Raisen can get a bit muddy when it rains, making it a challenge for the trucks. Most of the staff lives in the surrounding towns and they travel in every day. We’ve been a fixture in this industrial zone for many years. It is a very functional environment where the focus is strictly on the manufacturing process. There isn't much room for decoration or leisure; it's just a place of work. We keep things moving and try to stay on top of the heavy workload.
