L&T Railway Project

Our team is set up in Vellore at the moment. We are located at AL-15 in Phase III over in Sathuvachari. The contact person here is G. Karthick. We are mostly focused on the railway project which keeps everyone pretty busy from dawn till dusk. Vallalar is the general area people know us by. Vellore can get incredibly hot in the afternoon so we try to get the heavy lifting done early if we can. It is a straightforward office setup in a residential-looking phase. You won’t find any big signs or flashy lights around here. We just have our desks and the plans we are working on. The railway work takes a lot of coordination and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but we figure it out. It is a local operation with people who have lived in Tamil Nadu for a long time. We drink a lot of coffee and talk about the tracks and the schedules. It is honest work and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. Most of us have been doing this for years so we know the routine. If you come by Sathuvachari, you will see us just working away. It’s a bit of a trek to get here sometimes but this is where the project needs us to be. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
