We are located out in Devikapuram Village, near Senji Post in the Katpadi area. It is a bit of a drive for some people, but it is where we are based. Even though our name says Bangalore, we do a lot of our work right here in the Vellore district. Life in the village is a bit different than the city. Things move at their own pace here. We spend a lot of time traveling between various sites across the whole district. The roads are not always in the best shape, and the heat can be quite a lot in the summer months. We have our equipment and a bunch of guys who have been with us for a long time. It is a very practical setup. We do not have a high-rise office with big glass windows. It is more of a functional space where we store tools and meet to plan out the coming week. Sometimes we are working on a small house, and other times it might be something a bit bigger for a local project. We just take the work as it comes to us. Most people in the village know where we are located. We try to keep our trucks in good condition because they take a beating on these dirt roads. Construction is never a clean job. There is dust on everything we own. But seeing a building stand up after weeks of digging is what keeps us going.
