You can find Valamai Comtrade Pvt. Ltd. over at No. 21 Banakara Street in Kalavai. We’ve been at this Banakara Street address for a good while now. It’s a bit of a narrow street, but it works for us. We handle trading and commerce, mostly sticking to what we know best. Kalavai is the kind of place where everyone knows which building belongs to who. Our office isn't very large, and it definitely isn't the most modern place you’ll ever see, but it serves its purpose perfectly fine. We spend a lot of our time looking at market numbers and talking to suppliers. It is mostly desk work and phone calls, really. The street outside can be quiet some days and then suddenly very busy the next. We have a small group of people working here, and we all know each other well. There isn't a lot of hierarchy or formal stuff going on. We just get in, do the work, and go home. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. People who need us usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming to Banakara Street for years. It’s a steady sort of life here in Kalavai, and we are just another part of the local economy. We are just a group of regular people doing our jobs at No. 21, day in and day out.
