Our place is located at Multi Products Ap No. 22-C in Naydo Peth Mandle. Even though the name sounds a bit formal, we are just a small group of people working on some technical things here. The building is a bit old and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it’s a good space for what we do. We mostly deal with different products that have to do with the environment or local industry needs. It’s not a shiny corporate office with carpets and glass walls. We have workbenches, some tools, and lots of parts scattered around. I spend most of my time trying to figure out how to make things work better. My small team and I often stay late when we are in the middle of a project. We don't have a big HR department or a receptionist at the front. If someone comes to the door, one of us just wipes our hands and goes to see who it is. Sometimes the machinery we use is a bit loud, so we have to shout to hear each other. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we know the other people working in the Mandle area. It’s a practical environment where we focus on getting the job done rather than how things look. We don't really do much in the way of sales pitches. We just work on our projects and hope they turn out well.
