G Signs

We are tucked away on K K K Street, just off G P H Road. It’s a bit of an older building, number 11/A, but it works for what we do. Making signs takes up a lot of room, so we have big tables where we lay out the vinyl and the boards. There are always scraps of plastic and metal lying around the floor. We spend a lot of time with rulers and cutting knives. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. Most of the work we do ends up outside on a storefront or hanging over a road somewhere. We don't have a fancy office. It’s more of a garage feel where we keep the tools and the big printers. Sometimes it’s a bit messy, especially when we are in the middle of a big project and have things spread out everywhere. We’ve been here for a good while and the people in the neighborhood know us. We don’t do much advertising ourselves; usually, someone just sees a sign we made for another shop and asks who did it. The street is narrow, so loading the big signs into the truck can be a bit of a challenge, but we manage. It’s just a few of us who know how to handle the materials and get the lettering right. We just take it day by day and try to get the orders finished on time.
