Eshoppe

Eshoppe is located at No.1 Officers Line in Krishna Nagar. This is one of the well-known roads in this area. We have a small shop here where we sell various items. It’s a simple place, really. We don't have a big glass front or bright neon signs. We just have our name on a board outside. The building is older and has a bit of character to it. Inside, we have shelves filled with different products. We try to keep things where we can find them. The floor is tiled and we keep it swept, but some dust always comes in from the road. Officers Line can get quite busy with buses and cars going past. We have a couple of fans that stay on all day because it gets warm here. Most of our customers are locals who walk over from the nearby houses. We know many of them by name. We don't use a lot of technology. We have a small counter where we write out bills by hand. It feels more personal that way. Sometimes we stand out front to get some air and talk to the neighbors. It is a quiet way of living and working. We don't have big dreams of becoming a huge chain. We are just happy being here in Krishna Nagar and serving the people who come through our door every day. It's a steady life for us and we like it that way.
