Ashok Oil Producers

We are located on Perumbadi Road in the Nellorepet area of Gudiyattam. Our address is 1/290-H, just in case you are looking for the exact spot. We produce oil here, so the whole place usually smells like whatever we are pressing that day. It’s a very manual process in many ways. We have the big machines that do the heavy lifting, but there’s still a lot of hand-on work involved. Gudiyattam is a small place, and everyone sort of knows what everyone else is doing. We aren't a big corporation with offices in the city. We are right here where the production happens. The building is a bit older, and the roof gets pretty hot during the summer months. We try to get most of the work done in the cooler mornings. There’s always oil on the floor in some spots, so you have to watch your step. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. Ashok Oil Producers is just a name on a sign. Most of our customers are locals or businesses from the nearby districts who have been buying from us for years. They know we just focus on making the product and don’t bother with fancy packaging or ads. It’s a messy, loud, and greasy job, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep the machines running and the bottles filled.
