Our place is right on Mc Road in Vellore. If you know the area, it’s usually pretty packed with traffic and people. We’ve been operating out of number 48 for some time now. It’s a simple setup we have here. We spend most of our day tracking where the trucks are and making sure things are loaded right. It gets really humid here in Tamil Nadu, so the fans are always on high speed. Most of the staff live nearby in town, so we know all the shortcuts around the streets. We handle a lot of different items, mostly just standard logistics stuff for local businesses. It’s not the kind of place with a big reception or a waiting room. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of logbooks stacked up. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook all morning, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the birds in the trees outside. We deal with the local drivers every morning when they arrive. They come in for their papers and then head out on their routes. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure everyone knows where to go. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything like that. We just know how things work here on Mc Road. If there’s a problem with a delivery, we just call around until we fix it. It’s honest work for us at Arun-Ex Logistics Vellore. We see a lot of regulars who trust us with their stuff. It’s just us, doing our bit in 632004. Nothing too complicated.
