A B S Wholsale Bazar

We operate out of 54 Nimmiyampattu. This is more of a wholesale place, so we deal with big quantities most of the time. You won't find small fancy packets here; it is mostly large sacks and crates. The building is more like a shed with a high roof to keep things cool. We have trucks coming in and out at all hours, which makes the yard at Nimmiyampattu quite messy, especially when it rains and the ground turns to mud. We spend most of the day loading and unloading. My hands are usually rough from handling the jute bags and the wooden pallets. It is not the kind of place where you come for a chat; everyone is usually in a hurry to get their goods loaded and get back on the road. We have a small desk in the corner with a lot of papers clipped together, but mostly we are out on the floor. The air is always a bit thick with the smell of spices and grains because we move so much of it through here. We don't bother much with the appearance of A B S Wholsale Bazar. As long as the stock is dry and the counts are right, that is what matters to us. It is a lot of heavy lifting and sweating, but that is the nature of a wholesale business. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
