Arun Farm

Arun Farm is located out at 1/69, Kamatchipuram Pirivu. We are right on Mellakal Main Road in Mellamathur. It is a quiet area mostly, which suits what we do here. We spend most of our hours outside or in the sheds, depending on what needs doing that day. The weather really dictates our schedule more than anything else does. When it rains, everything changes, and when it is hot, we just have to push through it. We have been at this spot for some time now. It is a family-run kind of thing, so there is always someone around to help out with the chores. We don't have a big front desk or a reception area because that isn't how things work on a farm. People usually just find us by the road. Living and working in Mellamathur is decent. The neighbors are mostly doing the same kind of work we are. We have a few trees around the property that give some shade during the afternoon heat. Sometimes the equipment breaks down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it ourselves with whatever tools we have handy. That is just how it goes when you run a place like this. We don't use any fancy systems to keep track of things, just old notebooks and a bit of memory. It works for us and has for years. You can find us easily if you follow the main road and look for the 1/69 sign near the pirivu.
