Sunland Hotels. Maldives

We are Sunland Hotels and our office is right here in Chicalim, Goa. You can find us at the Anand Residency building, specifically on the second floor, which they mark as B3/II. Being on Airport Road means it gets pretty busy around here with people always heading to catch flights at all hours. We deal with stuff for our hotels over in the Maldives. It is a bit of a distance, but we manage everything from this spot in Vasco-Da-Gama. The office isn't anything fancy or huge. It’s just where we sit and get the daily work done. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud and the tea downstairs is okay but not great. We have been here for a while now and the neighborhood feels familiar. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting out papers for the properties. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows shut mostly to keep the dust out. We are just a small team trying to keep things organized. It’s a practical setup for us. There is a lot of traffic outside because of the airport nearby, but inside it’s just us working. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. People who need us usually just come up the stairs. It is just a regular workplace in a regular part of Goa. We like it well enough here. It gets the job done and we are used to the noise.
