Ncaor, Vasco

Our place is H No 94 in Indiranagar. We are located in Karaswaddo, which is up in Mapusa within the Bardez area of Goa. Even though the name is Ncaor, Vasco, this specific spot is where we handle things in the northern part of the state. It’s a regular house that we use for our work. It doesn't look like a big research center or a corporate office from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and some equipment we need. Working in Goa means things can be a bit laid back, but we still have a lot of work to get through. The weather is usually either very sunny or very rainy, so we spend a lot of time indoors. We aren't located near the beaches, so it’s more of a quiet, working neighborhood. We know our neighbors and the local shopkeepers. Most of the day is spent on the computer or talking to people on the phone. Sometimes we have to drive down to Vasco or other parts of the district for meetings. We don't have a lot of people working here, just a small group that keeps the place running. It’s not a polished environment with a reception desk or anything. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you. We keep it simple and focus on what needs to be finished. It is a very normal way of doing things.
