Our place is in the Shree Vitthal Industrial Estate out in Chinchpada, which is part of Waliv. We have units 7 and 8. It’s a typical industrial area where you can hear the hum of machines from every building. Working with polymers means there’s always a bit of a heat from the machines, especially in the middle of the day. The estate is a bit dusty and the roads aren't the best, but we’ve made a good spot for ourselves here. We spend most of our time on the factory floor making sure the plastic parts are coming out right. The office is just a small partitioned room where we keep the bills and the records. It’s definitely not a corporate setup. We wear work clothes and don't worry too much about the grease. Most of us live nearby, so we know the local area well. We’ve been running this for a while, and we’ve seen the village grow around the industrial zones. We don’t have a mission statement or anything like that. We just take the orders, run the machines, and make sure the goods get packed into the bags. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We like the independence of having our own unit and just doing things our own way without much fuss. It is a straightforward operation and we stay busy.
