Vako Seals Pvt. Ltd.

We’ve been based out of Aggarwal Udyog Nagar in Waliv for quite some time now. Vako Seals Pvt. Ltd. is basically just a group of us working in the shop every day. It gets pretty hot here in Vasai East, but we stay busy with the machines. Most days involve looking at technical drawings and trying to get the dimensions right on various industrial seals. It’s not fancy work. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure things fit how they’re supposed to. Sometimes the raw materials don’t show up on time, which is a headache, but we manage to get through the backlog. The industrial estate here is usually loud with other units doing their thing too. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a desk for the paperwork and then the floor where the actual work happens. People around here know us as the place at No. 3. We’ve had some of the same guys working the lathes for years. They know the equipment better than anyone. It’s a lot of manual checking. We drink tea twice a day, usually from the stall down the road, and talk about what needs to be shipped out by Friday. Dealing with rubber and metal all day means your hands are rarely clean. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. There isn't much more to it than that. Just a local shop doing its part in the manufacturing chain.
