You can find us out in the Merchant Industrial Estate, over in Units 3 and 4 of Building 4. We are part of the Golani Complex in Waliv-Vasai East. It is a proper industrial area, so it stays pretty loud and dusty with all the manufacturing and trucks moving around us. Here at Umrao Automation, we spend most of our time building these 25-inch textile curing machines. It is very technical work, and the shop floor is usually covered in metal parts, various tools, and wires. We have a small crew of mechanics and technicians who have been doing this for a long time. We are not the type of people who like sitting in an office all day. We are usually out on the floor making sure the machines are put together right before they get sent out to the customers. Being out in Palghar district means a bit of a commute for some of us, but the space we have in the estate works for the heavy machinery we build. We do not have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. People usually find us because they have seen our machines working in other textile shops. We just focus on the nuts and bolts of the equipment. It is straightforward work. We show up, build the machines, test them, and ship them. Sometimes we work late to finish an order, but that is just how it goes in a factory.
