Technical Systems & Services is located over at Sheetal Ind. Estate 6 in Navghar. We are at Plot No. 2. Vasai East has changed a lot since we first set up shop here in Palghar district. It used to be much quieter, but now there are workshops and small factories everywhere. We do a lot of technical work and servicing. It’s mostly hands-on stuff. We aren't the type to sit in air-conditioned rooms all day. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. We know the machines inside and out. When someone calls us with a problem, we just head out or they bring the parts over to us. It gets pretty loud in the estate during the peak hours. We share the space with a few other businesses and everyone pretty much minds their own business. We keep our tools organized, well, as much as possible anyway. Sometimes the floor gets a bit cluttered when we have a big project going on. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth is how we get most of our work. People in the area know what we do. If you're coming from the station, it takes a little bit of time depending on the rickshaws. We've been at this address for a good long time now and we don't plan on moving. It's a practical spot for what we do and it fits us well. We just keep our heads down and get the repairs done as they come in.
