SIDDHI LIGHTING

We are tucked away in Gala No. 3 inside Gandhi Industrial Estate. Most days it’s pretty loud around here because of all the units nearby like Laxmi Industrial Estate. We’ve been at Sativali Road for a while now. If you walk down from Waliv Phata, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we handle lighting stuff every day. There are boxes stacked up almost to the ceiling sometimes and the floor gets a bit dusty from the trucks passing by outside in Vasai East. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the big shutter half-down to stay cool while we check the inventory. We spend a lot of time testing bulbs and fixing fixtures that come through the door. It’s mostly just us three or four guys making sure everything works before it goes out to a customer. Sometimes the tea guy comes by twice if it’s a busy morning. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that, just a desk with a lot of paperwork and some samples hanging on the walls so people can see what they’re getting. People from around the neighborhood drop in quite a bit just to ask questions about their home wiring or what kind of light would fit a small room. We just give them a straight answer and move on to the next task on the list. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from morning till evening.
