Reliable Machine Tools

Our workshop is at Gala No. 01 in the Shivam Industrial Complex over at Golani Naka. It’s a pretty loud area with a lot of other businesses doing metalwork and repairs nearby. We deal with machine tools, so there is always a lot of heavy equipment around and the smell of oil in the air. We spend most of our time helping people find the right tool for their jobs or fixing up something that has stopped working properly. It’s a hands-on kind of place, and we don't mind getting our uniforms dirty. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many different machines and spare parts stored everywhere, but we know where everything is. We have been in this complex for a good while, so we know most of the guys working in the other units. We usually start the day early before it gets too hot, and we work until the light starts to fade. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s a real shop where work actually gets done. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery gets stuck in traffic, and we just have to sit around and wait for things to get back to normal. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. People mostly find us by word of mouth or because they are working in the same industrial area and need a tool fixed quickly.
