Glumex Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is located out in the Palghar district. We are in units 4, 5, and 6 of the Godavari Tungareshwar Industrial Complex. It is a bit of a trek from the main city, but it is a good place for manufacturing. The air is a bit clearer out here than in central Mumbai. We have a fair amount of space for our production lines. It is a lot of stainless steel and white walls inside. We spend our days making sure the machinery is running right and that the batches are consistent. We do not have a polished PR team. Most of what we do is just following the formulas and checking the logs. The staff mostly comes from the nearby areas. We have a routine that we stick to because that is the only way to get things done in pharma. It is not the kind of job where every day is a new adventure; it is more about being careful and steady. We have a small office area for the paperwork, but most of us are usually out on the floor. We do not use big words to describe our work. We just manufacture products and try to keep everything running smoothly. The industrial complex can be a bit quiet on the weekends, but during the week, it is all go. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs.
