We are set up at Gala number 15 in the Vora Industrial Estate, located in Navgarh, Vasai East, within the Thane district. It’s a bit of a trek out here, but the estate is a good place for a small business like Prashant Resistors Co. Our unit is basically a workshop and a small storage area. We don't have a fancy office or any polished marketing materials. It’s just a place where we do our daily work. There is usually a lot of noise from the neighboring galas, with people moving stuff and machines running. We spend our time sorting through parts and making sure everything is ready for our customers. We aren't a big company with lots of departments. We all just do a bit of everything, whether it’s cleaning up or helping with an order. The heat in Vasai can be pretty intense, so we usually have the fans on full blast all day long. We don't have any big slogans or mission statements. We just try to be practical and get our work finished on time. The routine is the same most days, and we like it that way. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we’ve been part of this industrial community for a while now. We don't make a big fuss about what we do; we just focus on the tasks at hand and keep things moving.
